TESTING:

All Tech-Assist Products have been tested to International Standards and Australian Standards (where applicable). The Safe Working Load (S.W.L) is indicated on the product label where appropriate

TERMS OF TRADE:

All accounts to be paid in advance, Unless other arrangements negotiated with Tech-Assist Products Prior to purchase. Tech-Assist Products will retain equitable title to all goods until payment is received in full.

POST AND PACKING:

Freight will be charged and sent via Tech-Assist Products selected air or road freight, unless otherwise requested.

REPAIRS:

Products returned to Tech-Assist Products for repair must be washed, clean and dry otherwise will be returned to customer without repair, and freight charged accordingly.

Whilst all possible care is taken to ensure that you receive the appropriate product for your need, it is imperative that each individual client / patient be assessed as to the appropriateness of each product used.

Tech-Assist Products recommends that manual handling techniques, as prescribed in the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act, 1986. Approved Code of Practice. Manual Handling. Be adopted by nursing staff and care providers.
