The Julia pannier bag is designed to hang from the rear or side of a wheelchair, walker or other chair type as with the Handi bag, however is made from sturdy vinyl. Its more open larger size gives access for more storage.

Adjustable buckles at top and sides of bag give versatility of attachment.
